Google may use the Personal Data to contextualise and personalise the advertisements of its advertising network.<br \/>Personal data collected: Cookies and Usage Data.<br \/>Place of processing: USA &#8211; Privacy Policy https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy?hl=it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>4. <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The legal basis for the purpose of data processing, relating to the handling of the data subject&#8217;s requests, is the data subject&#8217;s consent.<br \/>The legal basis for the purpose of data <\/span><span class=\"s4\">usage statistics <\/span><span class=\"s1\">is the legitimate interest of the owner, since the analyses are used to optimise the use of the app services. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The legal basis for profiling and remarketing is the data subject&#8217;s consent. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>5. <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>PLACE <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Personal data are processed at the data controller&#8217;s premises at external data storage facilities located on the Internet, but within the European Community.<br \/>For further information, please contact the Controller at the following e-mail address info@giellepi.it<b>. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>6. <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>SECURITY MEASURES <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Data processing is carried out in a manner and with instruments that guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data, given that the Data Controller has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures that guarantee, and allow it to be demonstrated, that processing is carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>7. <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>DATA RETENTION PERIOD <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected.<br \/>In particular, personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, as well as for own or third-party defence purposes. In particular, the User has the right to: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a) \u00a0revoke consent at any time; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">b) \u00a0object to the processing of their personal data; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">c) \u00a0access to their personal data; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">d) \u00a0check and request rectification; <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">e) \u00a0obtain restriction of processing; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">f) \u00a0obtain the deletion of their personal data; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">g) \u00a0receive their personal data or have them transferred to another data controller; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">h) \u00a0file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority and\/or take legal <\/span><span class=\"s5\"><br \/><\/span><span class=\"s1\">action. <\/span><span class=\"s5\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In order to exercise their rights, users may address a request to the Controller&#8217;s contact details indicated in the next point. Requests are processed by the Controller as quickly as possible, in any case within 30 days. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>10.<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>PRIVACY POLICY UPDATE <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Data Controller may amend or simply update this Policy, in whole or in part, by informing the Users thereof.<br \/>Changes and updates will be binding as soon as they are published on the application.
